At Expat Kitchen we take the stress out of teaching your maid how to cook your favourite Western/Euro food! Expat Kitchen is the ONLY existing cooking course in Singapore that is created, owned and managed by a professional Australian.

It was created to bridge the culinary gap between the meals that your helper prepares and what your palate expects. Our tailor made courses are designed by Expats for Expats! All dishes are created to ensure your maid improves their knowledge of Western/Euro cooking. We teach elemental dishes through to creative culinary meals including kitchen hygiene and sanitation, nutritional low fat suggestions and weekly menu planning.

Course levels start at Basic and end at Intermediate. Basic Baking, One day courses and Private “personalized” tuition are specialties available upon request. All our classes include hands-on participation, food tasting and Q & A time.

Participants will leave with a certificate of completion along with a custom cook book filled with recipes, diagrams, cooking notes and kitchen time savers.
