MS CAITLIN LIM
I hope that I can spread my passion for dance to the younger generation of dancers and that they will push themselves beyond their limits to discover what they are capable of.
Caitlin started dancing at the age of four, being a student at Jitterbugs since 2008. She is trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical and Contemporary under the tutelage of Ms Tiffany Wrightson, Ms Tiffany Tallon, Ms Shanti Gomes, Ms Shermaine Heng and Ms Natalie Clarke. In 2020, Caitlin has completed all CSTD syllabi examinations in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary.
Outside of Jitterbugs, Caitlin trained with the dance club CCA in her school, being taught by Mr Dan Kwoh during her four years with the club. During that time, she participated in SYF in 2017 and 2019 as well as in concerts organised by the school.
Caitlin has been competing locally and internationally since 2010, her highest achievement being in the top 5 in the Teen category at Get the Beat 2018. This has allowed her to appreciate more the different genres of dance that she is trained in and she always strives to do her best. She is very excited to train students for competitions and cannot wait to work with them.
