Norfazila started her career with Jitterbugs from 2017 and has been assigned as the trusted front desk officials, focusing on administrative and operating support.
Norfazila graduated with a Nitec in Office Skills from ITE College East Simei in 2006. She has since been working in service line as a cabin crew for 7 years and as a receptionist in a healthcare department. She has gained experience in giving a high standard of service and ensuring a smooth delivery in her work.
Her love for young talents and determination to ensure that Jitterbugs reaches their amazing goals has led her in giving the young talents their best experience at Jitterbugs!
